The tour commences on Tuesday September 21st to Sunday October 10th 2010. This is the 8th Music Tour of America organised by John Howie & Travelrite, following very successful tours in 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
The tour is a comprehensive, high quality sightseeing tour of the United States, with nightly excursions to hear the best of American music.
The tour visits many of the most interesting and musically influenced cities in America including New Orleans, Memphis, Branson, Nashville, Chattanooga, Charleston and Savannah. A feature of the tour is Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday celebrations, featuring an exclusive Tribute to Elvis Presley performance by Craig Giles. The tour also includes the World of Bluegrass Festival in Nashville featuring performances by the world’s top bluegrass acts. Craig Giles is looking forward to sharing his passion for music with you on this wonderful tour. We are also offering an optional three day extension tour to Jamaica.
 The music tour is fully escorted by John Howie, so you will be well looked after. All sightseeing, music events and most meals are included, making this tour unbeatable value! Cost of this 20 day tour of America from Sydney/Melbourne is A$7,795 (Australian dollars) per person, twin share (single supplement A$1,300), including airfares, accommodation, touring, admission to attractions, breakfast daily, and many other meals. Airport taxes are additional.
